Symbols on our website and menu boards can help you make quick, informed decisions about what to eat:
Gluten Friendly
This symbol helps students with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity make better food choices. These foods do not contain gluten, but are processed in kitchens that are not gluten-free and served in areas with items containing gluten.
Vegetarian
This symbol is for food that does not contain meat, fish or poultry.
Kosher Style
This symbol identifies foods that adhere to many of the principles and guidelines of kosher dietary laws. They are not certified kosher because they are not produced in a kosher kitchen.

Nutrislice
Nutrislice is our nutritional data platform available to all users. CAS dining services menus, both online and on the app, provide up-to-date nutritional information, ingredient lists, and allergens for food made on campus. Users can also filter out foods by allergen or dietary need.
Food items that are prepackaged by the manufacturer, such as candy, chips, and bars, will not be in Nutrislice as the nutrition facts are already included on the packaging by law.
